Farm Buildings
With one exception, all eight farm buildings were built or reconstructed within the last four years. The main 1 ½ story barn is an assemblage of three antique barns creating a showplace for seven Mahogany horse stalls—one with automatic heating for birthing, a floor of rubberized brick, a stainless steel drainage system, a ¾ bath, an Efficiency Apartment, Tack Room heated with oil hot air. Handsome stone Masonry, Large fenced paddock and a Horse Ring.
A second two story barn with rubberized flooring is designed for seven additional horse stalls, contains a “Farm Store”, heated by propane and currently stores wagons, sleighs and carriages.
Other buildings include a 1 ½ story 3-bay commodity shed, 7 Ton Cattle Squeeze Chute and Scale house, Corral, Large Quonset garage/mechanics shed, generator shed, garden shed and a screened Gazebo with cooking grill overlooking two ponds.
